Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery within Italy usually takes 2–5 working days depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over €50. Below that amount the cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.
Do you ship abroad?
We ship throughout Italy and to the countries of the European Union. Shipping within Italy is free on orders over €50; for other European countries a flat rate applies, shown when you place your order.

Are your products tested on animals?
No. Ischia Thermae neither carries out nor commissions any animal testing. All our products are cruelty-free.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are developed to be gentle and well tolerated even by the most reactive skin. If your skin is particularly sensitive, or if you have a dermatological condition, we still recommend testing on a small area before first use.
How should the products be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, each product keeps its properties for the period shown on the packaging (the PAO symbol).

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel an order I have already placed?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Write to us as soon as possible at info@ischiathermae.com quoting your order number.
Will I receive an invoice?

Can I return a product?
