1. Parties to the contract

The seller is Ischia Thermae. The Customer is the consumer or business who places an order through the site. The contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives the order confirmation by email.

2. Products

The products for sale are cosmetics and personal care products based on the thermal water and volcanic mud of Ischia. Descriptions and images are indicative; any variation in packaging does not alter the characteristics of the product. The Seller reserves the right to change the range and the prices at any time. The prices displayed at the time of the order are those applied.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Euro and include applicable Italian VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed. Shipping is free on orders over €50.00.

4. How to order

• Select the products and add them to your basket.
• Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
• Check the summary and confirm your purchase.
• Receive your order confirmation by email within a few minutes.

The Customer must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

5. Payment

Accepted methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay and advance bank transfer. Payment takes place over a secure SSL connection. Card details are not stored on our servers.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received. Estimated times: Italy 2–5 working days, Europe 5–10 working days. For details: Shipping & Returns.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 and EU Directive 2011/83, a consumer Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products, with no need to give a reason. Write to info@ischiathermae.com. The refund is made within 14 days using the same payment method.

Exception: sealed products opened after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene (art. 59, letter e, Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).

8. Faulty or non-conforming products

If a product is faulty or does not conform, the Customer must contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Limitation of liability

Ischia Thermae is not liable for delays caused by events outside its control (force majeure, strikes, weather conditions). Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Ischia Thermae or licensed from third parties. Reproduction or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the Customer’s place of residence. For business customers, the competent court is that of Naples. Alternatively, the ODR platform may be used: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
